I would like to thank Palmer Dodge's Mopar Service department on Alpharetta Hwy, Roswell, Georgia, directly in the person of Luis Espinoza, the Service Advisor at the front, who handled from A to Z a department on Alpharetta Hwy, Roswell, Georgia, directly in the person of Luis Espinoza, the Service Advisor at the front, who handled from A to Z a complex electric/electronic issue on my T&C Chrysler Minivan. Luis, with absolute competence, honesty, and courtesy provided me with the best repair service I could ever expect at a car Dealership. To add to this, he and his Team were able to determine, with commendable transparency, that the electronic problem they found (a costly one to fix), was in fact fully covered under a Chrysler Recall despite the age of this 2008 vehicle. So I was not charged for the service. Even as a recall, finding the needed replacement module required for the repair was an arduous task that took Luis and his Team more than two weeks to solve. But they managed to do it. As a note to conclude, Luis' communication was excellent, and he provided two lightning-fast courtesy Uber rides to drive me back home, and then return for the pick-up. What else can I say? Outstanding, top-notch customer assistance from Luis, and again, a big Thanks to Palmer Dodge in Roswell GA, standing behind him! More
Overall this was an average experience with this service dealership. I initially had called the week before to ask questions and to schedule maintenance after a holiday weekend and was assured to bring my c dealership. I initially had called the week before to ask questions and to schedule maintenance after a holiday weekend and was assured to bring my car in on a Monday after a holiday, only to find out that they wouldn't be able to look at it for nearly a week. I was annoyed because I literally wasted 4 hours going between Alpharetta and Midtown to get this repair. Then when the repair was done, I was kind of surprised that they were not able to look up my Lifetime warranty that was on my vehicle, but I guess I understand that because it was probably dealership specific. I was told by the company that held the Lifetime warranty for the powertrain that any dealership should have been able to see that and would have been able to make that call. I also found out that I was charged over what the warranty would have covered by 500.00, which was disappointing and was advise that I would have probably not gotten that money back, after paying close to 3700.00 for repairs. From a service and customer service standpoint, besides scheduling and being overcharged, the service and communication about what was going on with my vehicle was explained to me multiple times and emailed to me which I really appreciated and valued for how much repairs were done for my vehicle to get it back to operating order. More
