Was not a great experience at all. I ordered 3 specific services and upon arrival to pick up the vehicle, additional service was on the invoice and the charge for it was expensive. I did not ask for this specific service and the representative checking me out was not willing to listen to me or remove the charge. Told me part would be $450 found part at auto zone for $100 and they wouldn’t fix it and then broke the part so i couldn’t return it . Told me the part was out of my warranty but called jeep corporate myself and the part was covered by my warranty the whole time ! They lied about giving me a loaner car for those three weeks by saying i wasn’t covered by warranty when it was! I asked for the diagnostic report for those three weeks and till this day never got it ! I also asked to speak to the manager and till this day have got the run around ! They text me one day that it was the transmission and the next day a pedal and the next day something else. They don’t know what was wrong yet still charged me! I am currently in contact with jeep corporate to do something about this dealership service department because they were horrible customer service and horrible service all together! DON’T GO HERE EVER ! They lie about car not being under warranty to get your money i ! And keep car for 3 weeks & don’t fix anything! More
