I have been very happy with the service in terms of appointments. However, you need to provide loaner cars as I have had to rent cars while you kept mine. Done here. ..not going to subject myself to bad service anymore. I was there for an oil change and was told everything was checked and my car was good. Less than 2 weeks later I'm back with a fried battery that would have been noticed if it really had been checked! Then I wait 2 hours only for the service guy to be chatting it up with another person instead of calling me while my car just sat there ready for me to pick it up. More
