This dealership is dishonest. Worst car buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought many new and used. Made a deal on a vehicle as it was and when I arrive to pick up the vehicle they have taken opt I have ever had, and I have bought many new and used. I talk to the lien holder bank Santander consumer usa and they said the dealer should fix it because was less than 30 days and the car has bad rotors and bad transmission. that officer was bad person. after that I call the officer and he said that he will not do anything to help me because was used and as is no warranty even less than 30 days. well I will not refer anybody to such dealer. The selling price of the car was about the same as other dealerships but there is no service after the sale at Palmers Toyota dervice department. They refuse to perform factory warranty repairs. Do not take your car there for service. Take your vehicle to any of the other Toyota dealerships in the Mobile/Daphne area for service work. Do yourself a favor and avoid all of the hassle at Palmers Toyota service department. Toyota is a good product but take your business elsewhere for service.
