I had a concerning experience with Palmer's Toyota Service Center recently that I feel compelled to share with others. During my last visit, Corey, my service representative, took my car to his home o Service Center recently that I feel compelled to share with others. During my last visit, Corey, my service representative, took my car to his home overnight without my knowledge or permission, I guess since I was out of town it was ok to mile my vehicle and use my gas. When I raised this issue with Tony, the service manager, his response was shocking - he claimed that it's a common occurrence for customer vehicles to be taken home overnight. This blatant disregard for customer trust and privacy is completely unacceptable. Customers should never have to worry about their vehicles being used without their consent, let alone being taken to an employee's personal residence. It raises serious questions about the integrity and professionalism of Palmer's Toyota Service Center. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to exercise caution and thoroughly check their mileage before leaving their vehicle overnight. Such practices are not only unethical but also potentially risky for customers. It's disappointing to see a reputable establishment engage in such questionable behavior. Overall, my experience with Palmer's Toyota Service Center has left me deeply disappointed and distrustful. I hope this review serves as a warning to others to be vigilant and demand transparency when dealing with their vehicle service needs. More
From the beginning, Sam was very transparent and precise with the process. He made sure to explain everything in depth and made sure I understood. Very trustworthy and he respected my time. I had originally look at Palmer to buy my new truck but unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for so i checked around and bought from Eastern Shore. Worst mistake of my life. I have since been unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for so i checked around and bought from Eastern Shore. Worst mistake of my life. I have since been coming to Palmer for all my service work and they are great. fast and friendly will take you in just as soon as they can. I am sold on Palmer Toyota and as soon as I can trade this truck I will. Palme Toyota will have that sale for sure. More
I WENT IN TO GET TOYOTA RAV4 OIL& FIKTER CHANGED,TIRE ROTATION . DOING THE TIRE ROTATION SERVICE TECH ,TOLD ME ONE OF LUG BOLTS WAS TWISTED OFF HE SAID THEY WOULD PAY FOR THE LABOR,TO FIX IT BUT I WOUL ROTATION . DOING THE TIRE ROTATION SERVICE TECH ,TOLD ME ONE OF LUG BOLTS WAS TWISTED OFF HE SAID THEY WOULD PAY FOR THE LABOR,TO FIX IT BUT I WOULD PAY FOR THE PART. I TOLD HIM PALMERS HADBEEN SERVICEING THE CAR FOR 6 YEARS.AND BY THE WAY THE CAR WAS PURCHASED FROM PALMERS . IT IS NOT ABOUT THE SMALL COST OF PART . IT IS AS THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT MATTER. I THINK I AM FINISHED WITH PALMERS ! I THOUGHT I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER I GUESS THAT DOES NOT STAND FOR MUCH AT THIS DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEARTMENT. More

I had to have some body repair done. When I arrived there was 2 customers in front of me. Once my turn I hobbled to desk with a broken foot. Gave the guy my keys. Which he could not stand up to recieve them for he was so tired at 815 in the morning. I gave him my keys and told him I had a rental to pick up at rental dept at the main building. The answer I gotten set me back a few steps. He let me know the secretary is late over 15 mins and didn't know when she would show up and that I can see everyone is busy and if I couldn't wait for a while because it would be. I should walk up there, Which is a good distance away to walk with a broken foot. I had Dr appt right after dropping my car off. At this point I'm fairly mad now due to the fact of which part of the broken foot did you not hear. So I wouldn't miss my appts. I hobbled up there got the rental as I was leaving from rental dept already flames coming out of my ears nearly I get a call to come sign love bug removal paper work if I didn't remove the bugs it's a 50 dollar charge to my card. They knew I was mad at the desk so let pour fuel on this situation. I went back to collision dept and made several people aware of what happened. I leave as I was in so much pain from that walk. With so many inconviences. To add insult to injury . I Had to turn around after I left cause they lost paper work to my car to be repaired then I get a couple days later that my keys have been lost as well so I have to stop working and take my other key to them. They did replaced the key. Thank you for that. Had more crap happen in 1 week from them than anyone has in a lifetime. I was shocked that it took me going to sales manger to get the stupid mess to stop. The question was WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO. FREE OIL CHANGE NO I HAVE FREE OIL CHANGES, ME: NO FIX THAT MESS BACK THERE I'm boiling at this point. . I did receive an apology 3rd party PERSON PASSING A MESSAGE from upper management sent a apology message, instead of taking the time to apologize To me sent me a message thru someone else. and not one single person asked me if I was hurting at all.
