Recently purchased my New 2012 Toyota 4Runner from the Internet Sales Department and was pleased with the quick responses and answers to all my questions as well as a great price! The selling price of the car was about the same as other dealerships but there is no service after the sale at Palmers Toyota dervice department. This is the most unprofessional service department that I have ever experienced at a Toyota dealership. This dealership needs new manager in their service department. They refuse to perform factory warranty repairs. Do not take your car there for service. Take your vehicle to any of the other Toyota dealerships in the Mobile/Daphne area for service work. Do yourself a favor and avoid all of the hassle at Palmers Toyota service department. Toyota is a good product but take your business elsewhere for service. Palmers service department is a disgrace to the Toyota name. More
