Bad Experience turned Delightful I backed too closely out of my daughter's garage and broke my side view mirror. I was petrified to drive as I was afraid to make a right turn when I I backed too closely out of my daughter's garage and broke my side view mirror. I was petrified to drive as I was afraid to make a right turn when I depend on that mirror. Jim ( One of the three Jims that works there ) had to order the mirror. Luckily it came in right when he said it would. I had the attention of several service men while one of the Jims snapped the mirror in place quickly. They made me feel less foolish for having such an accident. The whole experience at Palmetto Ford was quick and easy and I got a free car wash as well. Everyone there gives 200%!! More

The worst experience we've ever had My husband and I just moved to the area and this is the first time we have been to Palmetto Ford. It will also be the last. Due to Ford Focus transmis My husband and I just moved to the area and this is the first time we have been to Palmetto Ford. It will also be the last. Due to Ford Focus transmission issues, this is not the first time I have had to get this vehicle worked on at a Ford dealership. But the horrible treatment we endured at this service department turned the already bad experience of having a Ford Focus into a complete nightmare. From telling us our vehicle was ready when it actually wasn't to misleading explanations in regards to pricing, it was truly a horrible experience. The way we were spoken to when we tried to communicate our confusion and frustration was completely unacceptable and left me in tears. My husband and I are truly appalled at how the situation was handled. I have never left a bad review on a business before. I just hope that someone else reading this will not make the same mistake my husband and I did by coming here as there are two other Ford dealerships in the area. More

Jim immediately assessed and diagnosed the problem and imolemented the solution at no charge. As a bonus he replaced a rear tail light for me at no charge. His attention to detail and outstanding customer service has made me a fan. More
