On Thursday, December 12, 2012, I bought a 2012 Ford Explorer from Gary French. I had one of the most pleasant car buying experiences that I can remember. Gary was a courteous, patient and accommodating salesperson and I felt no pressure with him what so ever. I explained that I needed a vehicle with head and leg room without having to drive a big gas guzzler. After explaining my needs, Gary was quick to understand what I was looking for and showed me a 2012 Ford Explorer with 4WD, a towing package and an added bonus to me was the ECO-Drive. I was immediately fascinated with the state of the art dashboard, and the spacious interior I love the heated seats and the My Touch system is Excellent. From the outside the body resembles the sleekness of a BMW, my friends thought it was a BMW when I drove up. I can’t say enough about the roomy interior, but when you open the doors you can see for yourself that the interior room is outstanding, I sat comfortably in every seat! When I drove it, I was even more impressed with the Ford Explorer’s power, smooth ride and the ability to save gas. Gary was friendly, most respectful, professional and very accommodating. Palmetto Ford had the right vehicle for me and Gary was exceptionally helpful. Thank-you Gary, for listening to my needs, remaining flexible and ensuring I received a great vehicle at a reasonable price. Even the finance staff specifically, Mike Kalinowski helped me understand all of the documentation and was exceptionally helpful.
