Bill took care of all the additions -- tonneau cover, bed liner, floor mats -- before I brought it home. And, the price was exactly what I wanted to pay. More

The service department is inept at best and unethical at worst. They did work on my vehicle on a part that was covered by a recall. They never alerted me about the recall but I found out about it within t worst. They did work on my vehicle on a part that was covered by a recall. I made them aware and they said they would be mailing me a check for the cost of part and service. Check never came, managers refused to call me back, and finally they said I’d have to deal with Lincoln because they are not going to cover it. I absolutely feel like I was taken advantage and would never trust this group with my vehicle again. Take your vehicle anywhere else for service but avoid these guys. More

Called on Jan 6th & made a service appointment for Jan 16th for an oil change and to have a light replaced. The whole reason I made the appointment 10 days in advance was so that they could get the light 16th for an oil change and to have a light replaced. The whole reason I made the appointment 10 days in advance was so that they could get the light if it wasn't in stock. Showed up for my appointment on Jan 16th & Kelly told me they don't have the light in stock but can have it in 3 days. What?? I made the appointment 10 days in advance to insure the light would be there in the first place. That was the whole point!! Thankfully they had the oil in stock so at least that could be done. More
