I was greeted by Derric and referred to Martin. He answered all the questions, enabled me to test drive the car and even provided me with some references concerning accessories. Derric was easy to wo answered all the questions, enabled me to test drive the car and even provided me with some references concerning accessories. Derric was easy to work with, no issues concerning negotiating the price. Even after changing the style of the car the price difference was applied to our earlier agreed upon price without being asked for it. The only not so great experience was that I had to wait a long time to see the FI person. But I was told that a "lawyer" was my predecessor and he read all the fine prints... So, to summarize an excellent buying experience. More

I would like to take this opportunity to advise you that I have always been happy with Esserman VW and will continue to be a customer, especially because of the efforts of service advisor, Daisy Zabala (hop I have always been happy with Esserman VW and will continue to be a customer, especially because of the efforts of service advisor, Daisy Zabala (hopefully I am spelling her name right). When filling out the survey, I was in a hurry, misunderstood some of the questions and was hasty in my answers. Daisy is the reason why I continue to be your customer. She is loyal, concerned about the work that is performed on my car, and to speak honestly, I feel as if she does not "rip me off." It is difficult to find people of integrity in this business when I, frankly speaking, no nothing about auto mechanics. I sincerely would like to take this opportunity to express my apologies to Daisy for mistakenly representing her and her work in an unfair light. I wish I could take the survey again and give her all 10s. I will be submitting a written letter to you reiterating what is included in this email to be included in Daisy's file, for I believe she should be applauded for being one of the best, if not the best, service advisor employed by Esserman VW. Esserman VW is the only place we will go to anymore for service and parts. They have excellent customer service, we know the work gets done, and we have never found them being dishonest. He has gone above and beyond to make sure my husband and I are satisfied. We drive from Kendall all the way up there just for oil changes! They actually want to keep their customers happy! My experience at Esserman was outstanding. They truly have a team of professionals that are dynamic and provide great customer service. Instead of telling me what I couldn't get or qualify for, they were have a team of professionals that are dynamic and provide great customer service. Instead of telling me what I couldn't get or qualify for, they were very positive and explained everything to the fullest. I alaways had a sales person with me and they made sure that I understood the process. Before coming to Esserman I went to Gunther Volkswagen. They didn't try to help me and they weren't understanding of my situation. Information wasn't explained at all and they kept making me wait for almost a month. Finally, I decided to go to Esserman. What Gunther did for me in a month, Esserman did for me in a day. Esserman did it proficiently and effectively in a way that I would recommend anyone to come and get a car from this dealership. Mitra was very understanding and willing to work in my favor and Martin was very proficient in the knowledge of Volkswagen and Nissan product. I believe that with the hard work and diligence Esserman displayed during my time at the dealership...this dealership should be recession proof. The attitudes and friendliness that I experience was so inviting that I would like to purchase my next car from this dealership. More
