I really like all the upgrades to the facility; and the music....Wow!! I loved it. A nice blend of some "oldies", and classical Spanish guitar favorites. I could have stayed there all day. Of course, Daisy, is the best service writer. She is up front, but always smiling and a pleasure to deal with. It was great to see her in a recent VW commercial for the dealership. Not only is the service always great, but Daisy makes the visit complete. !!!Muchas graciasl!!! More

First time doing business here...After being in VW for almost 10 years. Moved recently to Miami Lakes and switch to this VW dealership because is the nearest. I will not be doing bussines ever again!..They tricked us with the leasing contract and treat us like dumbs afterwards. My piece of advise If you really like VW : Take your money somewhere else with more class and professionalism. More
