This is my second year doing service with José Bringas. He provided excellent customer service during my scheduled maintenance. Very professional, organized, and kept me informed throughout the visit. I ap He provided excellent customer service during my scheduled maintenance. Very professional, organized, and kept me informed throughout the visit. I appreciated that he was upfront about the fact that diagnosing a new rattling noise would require a separate appointment with enough time for the technician to properly evaluate it, rather than rushing the inspection. Salesman Raúl Reyes was exceptional. He found exactly what we were looking for and was incredibly attentive, even when helping us choose the color of my new car. His customer service and He found exactly what we were looking for and was incredibly attentive, even when helping us choose the color of my new car. His customer service and kindness were a perfect 10 out of 10. I highly recommend him. Best of all, the wait at dealerships is usually exhausting because of all the paperwork and signatures, but he made the time fly by with his recommendations and by giving us a tour of the dealership. It truly was a wonderful experience at Volkswagen. More
