The original salespeople we dealt with have retired! But, our new salesperson, Lance Hollabaugh was just as personable and professional. And management was very accommodating, enabling us to drive the C-HR home within a few hours of the decision to purchase. The service department has always done right by us and the new facility was obviously designed with the customer in mind. When we've finally needed to replace a vehicle, we've found no reason to shop anywhere else. More

My last service appointment I was killing time looking at the new models. I got into a conversation with Rich, a sales person. I was initially protective because I wasn't looking to buy a car. We spoke about many things but never did he try to sell me. We got talking about the upcoming weather. One thing led to another and he encouraged me to talk to the parts people anlut about snow tires. I am thrilled to say Jeff was friendly and knowledgeable, which led me to purchasing winter tires. After 2 years I am still looking for someone who works at Palmiero that is not friendly and helpful. I hope that never happens, keep up the good work. More
