Above and Beyond I drive up from Washington, PA after having a couple of phone conversations with Rich Ranus. I was looking to replace my old Tacoma with a new one. I did warn Rich that it was having transmission issues. Well after a 2 hour drive I made it to right in front of the dealership. What happened next was memorable to say the least, my truck stopped running on route 322. Without havi g to ask Rich and several other employees raced to push me out of busy traffic and into their dealership. Within a very short period of time I had my new Tacoma. There was one last hiccup, my insurance card was outdated. Lance helped me by calling my insurance company and getting a new card sent over. What an experience, I can honestly say that if I was at any other car dealership my experience would have been terrible. - Scott M More
