From the initial greeting, to test drive, to finance to lets take it home. Rich was great. Fun to talk too and excellent to deal with. The whole team was involved and even though I did not get my toaster or loaf of bread (inside joke) we really enjoyed our morning at Palmiero again. Thanks team for all you do to keep us coming back for the next new one. I would like to add what a beautiful facility they have out there. Clean and pleasant to be at. She made the whole process less stressful and when it came time to pick up the truck she took the time to show us all the features and even set up my phone to work with the truck and the apps. That has not been the case at some of the other dealerships! We would actually rate Michelle with 5 stars. the reason I am only giving 5 stars was that we felt that we were really being pressured to take the extended bumper to bumper warranty when we dealt with financing(which Michelle was not involved in). We are also very happy with the Service dept they are very helpful and courteous. More

When I came to Palmiero Toyota, I was very nervous just knowing that car salesman can be manipulative. Jim was so down to earth and such a nice guy. He will be straight up with you about a car and won't sugar coat anything which was such a relief. I bought a 2011 Subaru Legacy and I love it so much! I would recommend Palmiero Toyota and especially Jim Britton to anyone. Such a great guy with a great personality. I'm very appreciative of their great help and awesome service!! More
