From the initial greeting, to test drive, to finance to lets take it home. Rich was great. Fun to talk too and excellent to deal with. The whole team was involved and even though I did not get my toaster or loaf of bread (inside joke) we really enjoyed our morning at Palmiero again. Thanks team for all you do to keep us coming back for the next new one. I would like to add what a beautiful facility they have out there. Clean and pleasant to be at. The wonderful smell of fresh popped popcorn and big screen tv. Who could ask for more? Great dealership and great product. More

Outstanding Customer Service Our previous experience with Palmiero Toyota and Sales Consultant Dennis Barrett prompted us to drive for an hour and a half to this dealership. We were interested in trading two vehicles for a Toyota Highlander and Dennis was more than happy to accommodate us. Dennis took the time and effort to search for the particular vehicle that we were interested in purchasing. He located this vehicle in another state and worked with Brian Harrison to transfer the vehicle to their dealership. All of the financial information regarding the deal was clearly shown to us to alleviate any confusion as to the trade ins and our cost. We did not feel any pressure to close the deal unless we were completely satisfied. We felt this was a great offer and purchased the vehicle immediately. Dennis is a true professional and was very courteous and accommodating. To anyone searching for a vehicle, I would highly recommend Palmiero Toyota and specifically Dennis Barrett as your Sales Consultant.
