Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. Most of the time I would give a 4 or 5 star review for Panama City Toyota. Never had an issue with them, always friendly and helpful. Ben was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process of purchasing a new Toyota. Ben Thibodaux was my sales representative, and Nathan Lilavois handled the finance aspects of my new 2023 Corolla Cross Hybrid AWD purchase. Both representatives were very professional and provided great customer care. Ben explained all of the features of my new vehicle with me and made sure I left with a full tank of fuel. He also suggested purchasing floor mats (which I did buy) and making an appointment (to be scheduled) for front-side window tinting to match the rear side windows. Nate and I then discussed and signed off on all the final financial costs paperwork and payment method. I am very happy with my vehicle purchase and all the gracious people at Panama City Toyota involved in this transaction. I LOVE my new vehicle! More
