We bought the truck anyways and will refinance with our bank. We specifically asked for them to check into financing from two banks that we bank with and they didn't do it at all. When I first got to the dealership I got in line and was ignored some one came after me and got attended immediately. When I finally get inside the room I approached one of the attendant and he told me with an ugly tone I’m busy, but the other employee that was sitting next to him called me over and took very good care of me in a very nice manner.
