Not bad Let me start by saying I hate car dealerships. I’ve been putting off buy a new truck because of how much I can’t stand stealerships but eventually I h Let me start by saying I hate car dealerships. I’ve been putting off buy a new truck because of how much I can’t stand stealerships but eventually I had to. Wes made it tolerable though. He was quick, efficient, wasn’t pushy or slimy at all. There was no sense of getting ripped off at all. I knew what the truck was worth, as did he. I had some concerns with a couple flaws and he agreed and had what he could fixed and adjusted the price for the things he couldn’t. He got my out the door price and payment right where I wanted it no issues. I was in and out of the finance office quickly as well. I would’ve given a 5 star rating but during the inspection I noticed damage to the tires and one was going flat, Wes agreed and took it to the shop, it ended up needing a new tire, Wes took care of it which was great. However I was there for 4.5 hours. Which is not okay. It’s not sales fault at all. The service department was dragging their feet and I could see them screwing around from the showroom. 1 tire doesn’t take 3 hours or 2 hours. Maybe an hour if you’ve got to out source it. Anyway. The sales part was good, but being there for almost 5 hours when I had an hour drive each way ruined my Saturday basically. Let me make it clear though, the sales department and Wes were great! More

Made a stereotypically painful experience fun and fast The morning I visited Paoli Ford, I had originally been driving 2 hours to go to Jeff D’ambrosia- only to find the car I was coming to get had been so The morning I visited Paoli Ford, I had originally been driving 2 hours to go to Jeff D’ambrosia- only to find the car I was coming to get had been sold that morning, and that they didn’t call me to let me know, even though I was scheduled to show up to see it. I found Paoli on AutoList, having a great price on the car I had my eye on elsewhere. They had competitive pricing so I went to see it. The Mazda had just arrived the night before. We test drove it and I quickly decided it was for me. It took ten minutes hanging out with Bob to turn my angry disposition around. In no time I was excited about buying a car and having fun again. The whole process took markedly less time than I had anticipated. Bob and Keo answered all my questions thoroughly, which is impressive because I had a ton. The car was detailed to look like new super quickly, and it looked brand new when I got out the door to drive home. I am so relieved I got an awesome price on my dream car, and I fully understand all the things I signed up for that days. Thank you Bob!! You’re the man. More
