In the end we came back the next day to buy a car as we needed to think about it overnight. No pressure from Ross, and he made himself available via cell phone if we had any questions. He wasn't scheduled to work till the afternoon but came out at 10:30am to meet us and get my son his first car. During the whole process he gave us advice based on his personal experiences and it felt like he was genuinely trying to help us out. Too bad all car salesman aren't like him! More

Due to the fact that we live so far away, we tried to do as much over the phone as possible. I knew exactly which truck I wanted and we knew what we were trading in. I still honestly expected to spend hours at the dealership. I was wrong! Katelyn had the truck detailed, full of gas and sitting right up front so it was one of the first things we saw when we pulled in. Katelyn also explained a ton of features to us before the test drive. I have never had a salesperson know so much about a vehicle they were selling.
