The last two purchased through the Costco Program, specifically Becky Young and Denny Crawford. Absolutely no pressure, easy to deal with and very thorough. It s nice to be able to shop and purchase in our own neighborhood. After delivery, Denny spent considerable time with me transferring over the XM & On-Star systems to the new vehicle, as well as completely covering the XT5's functions and settings. Much appreciated.
