Fast, Fair, & Committed I arrived early for an appointment, and Sam was ready to serve. We discussed what I wanted and what I expected in a deal on a used Volt. I really lik I arrived early for an appointment, and Sam was ready to serve. We discussed what I wanted and what I expected in a deal on a used Volt. I really like the Chevrolet Volt. We looked at a couple of 2014's and I made my decision. We went for a test drive. Although I have owned and have done a lot of research about the Volt, Sam was able to tell be some things about the car that I did not know. After the drive, came time for the negotiations. This can be a tiresome and lengthy process, but Sam made it interesting by telling me some facts about himself and his homeland. He has a good sense of humor and I found him to be a good listener.
