Fast, Fair, & Committed I arrived early for an appointment, and Sam was ready to serve. We discussed what I wanted and what I expected in a deal on a used Volt. I really lik I arrived early for an appointment, and Sam was ready to serve. We discussed what I wanted and what I expected in a deal on a used Volt. I really like the Chevrolet Volt. We looked at a couple of 2014's and I made my decision. We went for a test drive. Although I have owned and have done a lot of research about the Volt, Sam was able to tell be some things about the car that I did not know. After the drive, came time for the negotiations. This can be a tiresome and lengthy process, but Sam made it interesting by telling me some facts about himself and his homeland. He has a good sense of humor and I found him to be a good listener. Great experience!! one of the greatest car buying experiences I have ever encountered. Andres went out of his way to bring the SUV to my wife so she could not only test one of the greatest car buying experiences I have ever encountered. Andres went out of his way to bring the SUV to my wife so she could not only test drive it but also to see how the car seats would fit in the back seat. I was at the dealership by myself while my wife was home with a newborn baby. Andres was very professional and willing to go the extra mile.
