I was bummed out and ready to head back until one of their sales persons, Sam, approached me and asked how he could help me. He apologized about the situation and offered me refreshments and, without pressuring me, asked if there was anything he could do as an alternative. He promised to call me as ASA another vehicle of my choice came on their lot. I appreciated the fact that he sympathized with me about driving all the way out to his dealership to purchase a car.
