Lou Long is the reason I bought my new Cadillac The first few times I came to the dealership I was pawned off, or told the sales person whom I was talking with could not sell me a car. The "Online Chat" offered no help, and only wanted my personal information. On the 4th or 5th attempt coming in, I was met by Lou Long. I don't exactly look rich, nor do I look like I could legally buy beer with out a beard. However, instead of pawning me off like the other sales people whom I had talked with before, Lou offered to let me test drive the new V-Series I was looking at with out even thinking twice. At any point he could of just said, No we do not allow test drives on these cars, and we do not negotiate prices on the V-Series (just like the previous sales personal that I had met with). Just to get rid of me and move on to the next potential customer. Instead he went over everything with me as if I was buying a low priced budget car geared towards my age and appearance. I was able to get through all the negotiations in a few hours, and I was able to buy and drive my new ATS-V home before lunch time. If Lou didn't help me, I probably would of never been able to buy the car I wanted. More

Made a complicated deal very easy and painless I threw the team a curve ball with my recent lease agreement, being a current out of state customer moving to the Temecula area after Christmas. Wanting to line up a car for my family's arrival, I stopped in to Paradise for a test drive primarily. Chris Perez did a great job showing me a Traverse and an Equinox, and helped me find the perfect one. Christian Ricks was also a great help with the actual lease deal, working with Finance to figure out how to do a "California" lease with my current address being in Florida. At no point in this process did I feel haggled or taken advantage of, especially doing it by myself. They were genuine about helping me get the exact Equinox that I wanted, and worked very fast in doing so. From arrival, test drives, paperwork and financing, I was there maybe two hours? It was definitely the fastest experience I've ever had at a dealership! The entire staff was very friendly and courteous, and made sure I got answers to all of my questions. I would highly recommend this team! More
