The Best experience by far in buying a vehicle We were recommended by AAA to shop at Paradise Chevrolet. Lance Orosco was the salesman that helped us. He was not a pushy salesman like some we have We were recommended by AAA to shop at Paradise Chevrolet. Lance Orosco was the salesman that helped us. He was not a pushy salesman like some we have dealt with before because that definitely would have been a deal breaker. We weren't even sure we would buy one that day since we wanted to go through our Credit Union. He gave us our space and let us look at different vehicles to try and make a decision on what we really wanted. He answered every question we asked and always had a smile on his face. We ended up buying a 2016 Silverado for a great price which Lance told us was a deal we shouldn't pass on. Lance is really an asset to Paradise Chevrolet and would personally recommend him to our friends and on Facebook. My husband gets a discount at Lake Chevrolet because of his job, but I had read many bad things on Facebook so I won't do business with a place that gets bad reviews. I am very outspoken when it comes to bad service. I found nothing like that at Paradise. We were offered drinks, Lance bought me a soda, and Steve offered me popcorn. When we spoke with Don he too was very nice in getting everything we wanted on the purchase price. Then Josh Rice took us to sign the papers in his office. He too did everything possible to give us the best experience in the purchase by getting us to the payment we wanted, interest rate, and all the extras to give us the best deal. Of course the best deal ever would have been not to pay for all the extras but you can't have everything. Lol Overall, everything was great. We were treated with respect and felt very comfortable purchasing our truck. I will definitely go back to purchase a car for myself since the truck is my husbands and I hope Lance and all the others will still be working there. Not all salesman give you that good feeling when buying a big ticket item like a vehicle, but Lance and the others did!!! More

I told him straight out of the gate what my monthly payment needed to be and I finally got it. It took a little convincing but at the end of the day I went away with my brand new Chevy Cruze. He actually listened to me and my needs - how refreshing. He was professional yet personable. While I wasn't able to stick around and have him go over every aspect of my car today, I will be going back when I have more time to go over everything - my fault today not his willingness or energy to do so. I followed every step of the 2016/17 Camaro development, waiting for the first pictures, specs, performance numbers. just had to replace the old Vette with the "New Camaro Six" Denny set me up with a test drive in the 2017 RS V6, 2LT, all the time thinking V6? Well at 335 Horsepower with an 8 speed auto it was plenty quick, tight, and had every bell & whistle known to the auto gods. Great experience, Becky and Costco worked me a great deal, and she hit all my numbers, and Denny was perfect because he is a car guy/gear head that gets it.
