The staff in the used car area seemed extremely pushy, didn't even ask if I liked the vehicle before they started trying to fill out a credit application. On the new car sales side Margaret was quite the opposite. She took her time, spending several hours with us even though the temps were in the 100's, helping us find the vehicle that was just right for our needs and our budget. Everyone in the new car sales center was very polite, professional and helpful. there were no games or gimmicks. this was honestly my first positive car buying experience ever. More

"Black Widow" I purchase a new 2015 Silverado June of last year. I had returned on Sunday for one of the free life time oil changes with my son, while waiting on th I purchase a new 2015 Silverado June of last year. I had returned on Sunday for one of the free life time oil changes with my son, while waiting on the parts department to complete the work my son noticed a black 2016 4 wheel drive Silverdao with a lift, and a ton of extras. He says "Dad wouldn't it be cool to drive around in that?" I noticed the "blue Tag" in the window reducing the truck by a substantial amount. Glenn approached and asks if we needed help, my son immediately says "Can I hear it run" Long story short, we had a wonderful experience once again, Glenn was very helpful and knowledgeable answering all our questions, Josh in Finance was able to get a killer deal on financing with a great rate. I had no plans on buying a new vehicle that day. It went surprisingly well, no stress, no hassle and no pressure. I would like to thank Glenn and Donny for wonderful teamwork and for keeping my son entertained while I completed and signed paper work. More

He was SO nice, professional, caring (I'm pregnant and he gave me some of his personal snacks since we were there through lunch), and overall such a great person. He made our experience so great that we ended up trading in our volt and buying an suv from him! (Even though we had plans of getting a car from a different dealership already) I would honestly refer everyone I know to Sam! We loved that he not only answered all our questions, didn't make us feel obligated or pushed to buy a car, and was very helpful but he also exchanged life stories with us so we felt like we had made a friend! I returned on Saturday to take a second look and check on lease rates. Lou walked me through multiple options that I didn't know existed. We really dug into what I wanted and Lou was able to deliver on the truck. Lou has been in the industry for a long time and brings a lot of different views to the experience. He helped me find what I wanted, not what he wanted to sell. Once the truck was picked out George took over by laying all the lease options out and making sure I understood them. This is the second Silverado that I have bought from Paradise and both times George has taken xxxxxxxxx care of me. More
