Amazing Customer Service FROM A SALESMAN! This was our first experience with Paradise Chevrolet. Truthfully, we did not expect to be making a purchase at the very first dealership we looked at This was our first experience with Paradise Chevrolet. Truthfully, we did not expect to be making a purchase at the very first dealership we looked at, but the awesome customer service and beautiful and reasonably priced truck just led to it. My husband and I have both been in sales for years, and we have purchased several trucks from reputable dealerships (Mercedes Benz, Honda, Dodge/Jeep, just to name a few), but we have never felt this confident and cared for. Truth be told, Alphonso was so good, I don't even remember haggling the price. He was honest and it was a fairly priced vehicle, and we just went for it. Alphonso even called us after the sale to see how we liked the truck! Sales guys don't do that!! He called us after our vacation just today! He asked how we enjoyed the truck during our vacation. It was a smooth ride, yes the gas was a little more than we expected, but boy it was a better ride than we've had in years. We bought a Chevy Tahoe. We absolutely love it. It is 4 years old, but runs like a dream. Just wanted to post an honest review from a someone who will be a customer for life! Incidentally, during our vacation, my sister-in-law mentioned that she had purchased her Suburban at Paradise Chevrolet and she had the best customer service experience there also, and that was over 5 years ago. So, that goes to show you that they are doing something right! Keep selling good honest vehicles, and focusing on good service, and you will have life long relationships with your customers! Way to go Paradise Chevrolet!! More

The sales department corrected all the issues and made my Husband and I very satisfied with the outcome. I am completely happy and satisfied with my new vehicle. Test drove a couple of vehiclesI My family and I went to Paradise Chevrolet in Temecula, Ca to test drive a Chevy Traverse, and a Dodge Durango (used). I am still deciding which vehi My family and I went to Paradise Chevrolet in Temecula, Ca to test drive a Chevy Traverse, and a Dodge Durango (used). I am still deciding which vehicle will best suit our needs. Our product specialist, was Paul Whitten, and he was fantastic! Very knowledgable, not pushy and explained how they could help, if not right now, but in the future. Personally, I need to take care of my finances, pay off one of my cars, before i take on another debt. So, it might be a month or so. I will not hesitate to go back to Paradise, and see Paul when I have decided also which car. I also like the fact they have the "Worry Free Zone" which includes free oil changes, 2 warranties, etc. You can't be too careful buying a used vehicle-you might find a cheaper car on Craigslist, but unless you can take it to your auto mechanic, you are buying "as is", so this takes all that worry out in buying a used vehicle!
