Larry was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had met him a couple of weeks prior while looking to buy a car and while they didn't have a coupe on the lot at the time, Larry took my information and said he would get in touch if anything came in. When one came in, he sent a text with pictures and the car information, along with letting me set up the best time to take a test drive. I never felt pressured, which I had with several other dealerships, and I appreciated the follow up. The original coupe was not really what we wanted, but Larry made us aware of another coupe that had just come in and he pushed to have it ready for us to look at. Good thing he did because it was exactly the car we were loooking for. Larry did an outstanding job of helping us get a great car and I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was dealing with him. Also, Ely, George in finance, and another saleman whose name I don't remember were great to work with. More

The friendly and no hassle dealership . My husband and I were first greeted by Kevin Brooks on the lot. We told him we were interested in the CTS sports coupe. He told us he would find a Cadillac salesman, since he represented only Chevy's (with a big smile). While we waited Kevin showed me the Traverse that I also inquired about. He spent time with us even when I told him we really were interested in the Cadillac. He was ever so gracious! I even took one for a test drive! Great vehicle! Now, we were introduced to Lance Orosco with another winning smile he put us right as ease. He worked very hard finding me the perfect CTS (I was very particular in what I wanted)!! He made the whole experience of buying a car pleasant, which was a first for me! I never felt like I was in a dealership !!! And, it didn't stop there. He called the next day to see how I liked the car! Again, that's a first for me! The car is awesome by the way!!! Paradise, is the only dealership I will ever use.
