Couldn't be more pleased My husband arrived at Paradise NOT expecting to be driving home in a different vehicle. Hal and Ian listened to our needs, and wants, they were able My husband arrived at Paradise NOT expecting to be driving home in a different vehicle. Hal and Ian listened to our needs, and wants, they were able to find exactly what we needed, AND they were able to work out a deal that we were all happy with. We were happy with the terms on our trade in, as well as the package that we negotiated on the new (used) vehicle. Compared to past vehicle purchases, this one was fast, simple and fun. Yes, fun! It was nice having water and popcorn available. George in the finance department was fast and informative, very knowledgeable. Sadly, we were not able to drive the new (used) vehicle home :-( But were given a "loaner" Camaro to drive until our new car was ready :-) When we picked up our vehicle it had a full tank of fuel, and we were given a life time oil change card (not expected)!!! Larry was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had met him a couple of weeks prior while looking to buy a car and while they didn't have a coupe on the lot at the time, Larry took my information and said he would get in touch if anything came in. When one came in, he sent a text with pictures and the car information, along with letting me set up the best time to take a test drive. I never felt pressured, which I had with several other dealerships, and I appreciated the follow up. The original coupe was not really what we wanted, but Larry made us aware of another coupe that had just come in and he pushed to have it ready for us to look at. Good thing he did because it was exactly the car we were loooking for. Larry did an outstanding job of helping us get a great car and I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was dealing with him. Also, Ely, George in finance, and another saleman whose name I don't remember were great to work with. More
