Best Used Car Experience EVER! Found Paradise Chevrolet through an online ad for a 2011 Chevy Volt that I liked. Took a "drive" (78 miles) out to see it and take a test drive on a Saturday afternoon, before hitting up Pechanga Bingo. Got paired up with Ian Couzens (and his lovely accent) which was a God sent! Ian was VERY knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and just a GREAT person to be around! You have a question, Ian knows the answer! If you are looking for a used car, check out Paradise and Ian. Although the Sales Manager and Finance Manager were also very friendly and helpful, especially on Easter Sunday, Ian went above and beyond to help us get acquainted with our "new" (to us) car! Great Car Buying Experience I had searched online and found a truck I wanted but it was located in Santa Barbara. After trying 2 different local Chevy dealers in San Diego (who shall remain anonymous) who could not get the truck for me and spending 2 weeks waiting for them to deliver, I called Paradise Chevrolet, which by the way is over an hour away from where I live, and talked to Denny Crawford. He told me it would be no problem and had the truck at his dealership in 2 days! Two days!! All I can say is that Denny and the staff at Paradise Chevrolet certainly know how to provide the "WOW" factor. Denny took his time with me and explained all the functions on the vehicle, paired my phone to my truck, walked me around the dealership and introduced me to all his fellow team members. Every step in the truck buying experience was very professional, everyone was extremely polite and very friendly.
