Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac

I visited the dealership the week of March 17, looking for a used Cadillac Escalade. As I drove up and down a couple isles, I noticed a couple of attentive sales personnel, immediately after I parked CJ a for a used Cadillac Escalade. As I drove up and down a couple isles, I noticed a couple of attentive sales personnel, immediately after I parked CJ approached me and assessed my needs, after about 45mins of checking on a Escalade that was traded in the previous day, I was told that they didn't have what I wanted, however, CJ stated that he would stay in touch and would contact me if he got one in. By end week, I had contacted another dealership, found a vehicle that I was interested in, however, the service was really poor, no follow up, however, by this time, I had received several correspondents from CJ, a couple emails, and a text, stating that he was still searching, this was very impressive to me and really gained my attention, I told the other dealership to delete me out of their system, that I didn't want to do any business with unprofessional people, knowing that I had someone, "CJ" that was really dedicated to satisfying my needs. I called CJ, I told his that I had broaden my search and after telling him what I was looking for, he told me that he could definitely put me in a vehicle that I wanted and to come down. I went to the dealership that day, looked at a couple vehicles with CJ, and found one, filled out the paperwork and awaited a response from CJ. I couldn't get in the vehicle that I wanted, however, "CJ" told me that he had a vehicle for me and he had no doubt that I would love it. I was very impressed, He assessed me wants, needs, likes and dislikes, he spend the necessary time getting to know me, my likes and dislikes, therefore, I felt comfortable when he told me his find. I noticed that he was very excited, as if he was shipping for a vehicle of his own. Before even knowing what model, make or color of this vehicle, only trusting in my sales person, I knew that he had me a car. CJ told me to come on down, he had it in the back getting it detailed and will have it ready for my pickup. It was know doubt that when I got there, that this was my car, and it was. I am a customer service warrior, and I have bought a plenty of vehicle, but by far, this experience with CJ, is the best by far. Believe me, CJ is an asset and If I, or anyone I know decide to buy a vehicle, CJ will have our business. We arranged to go back the next day & Ian Couzens was assigned to us since Larry was off that day. Ian is very laid-back, which was perfect for us and was just as helpful as Ian. Thanks to you both for your assistance in helping us to pick a car that was right for us. The only possibly criticism against Paradise was that when we finally picked up the car, the guy that did the detailing could have done a better job. There were still some crumbs stuck in hard-to-get-to places between the seats. Overall I would easily recommend Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac to anyone, we went to a couple of other dealers before we ended up here, and they really go above and beyond to make it a good experience.
