Glad I went with my gut feelings Ross was very pleasant to work with and patient too! I went in with my wife and 3 month old daughter late evening and my daughter needed her bottle wa Ross was very pleasant to work with and patient too! I went in with my wife and 3 month old daughter late evening and my daughter needed her bottle warmed up which to my surprise Ross want nice enough to warm it up for us. Then later my daughter got fuzzy and we needed to go and Ross also understood that and didn’t pressure us at all to make the purchase hat night. The next day he just sent me a text being friendly and asked if I was returning for my new truck. He was going on a weekend trip but left everything ready for me just to go there in and out in 45 minutes!! I was texting with his co-worker Peter who also was pleasant to work with and he took care of all the finishes and covered for Ross. I’m super happy with my truck and impressed how nice patient and professional Ross and Peter were with me and my family. A week later Ross followed up with a call and to me being in business myself customer service and folllow up is the most important thing in a transaction. We will be back next year for my wife’s escalate. Thanks guys and great team work. More

I advised what I was interested in, and he lead me right to what matched our needs in a new truck. My recent experience with salesman Joel Flores, who I also leased a 2018 Equinox LT from last December was there to negotiate a new Silverado 4 wheel drive Z71 LTZ.
