My husband is a lifelong car fanatic and always manages to stump any sales consultant, but in Christian we have finally found the exception to the rule. He is clearly passionate about cars and has an uncanny ability to recall specific details about every car we looked at, very impressive! Christian never rushed us through our decision making processes and patiently answered all of our questions each of the many times we came to see him. All of that time was well spent with us because we’ve not only confidently purchased our latest new car but we will definitely be back to see him when we are ready for our next new car. Christian is a balanced mix of professional, courteous, proficient, humorous, and at times…psychic. He never made us feel like we were being appraised as potential buyers, a common problem with other dealerships. He even managed to make us feel special by taking the time to remember the little things that we each looked for in a car, even if it was silly. Normally, we would walk away from a car buying experience feeling dirty, beaten down and grateful that we don’t have to go through the process again for years…but this time, we can’t wait to come back and buy another car from Christian again. He was very specific in what he wanted in the car from the color to the trim package. I looked online, called dealerships and visited different dealerships. They didn't have the exact car we were looking for and tried to get me to by something different. I even had one sales guy call me and say he found one but that I had to get to the dealership ASAP to sign something to hold it so they could transport it from elsewhere. I arrived within 20 minutes and was told someone else took the car but that they had these other colors. Needless to say, I was irritated for the waste of my time. I called Paradise to inquire if they had any on the lot and Joe Honeycutt was very professional. I explained that my husband was gone but wanted this specific vehicle and only that. He wanted to give a certain amount down and wanted a certain payment. Joe found the car for me, gave us a great deal, didn't try to pressure me into anything. He kept in my husband in the loop via email to ensure we were happy. Very nice experience. In fact, so nice that last week when we decided we needed an additional vehicle for our family, we called Joe. Again, my husband had a specific vehicle in mind. We drove 45 min to Paradise and drove out with a Suburban. No hassles. Joe had everything ready for us. No pressure or gimmicks. We definitely recommend Joe for your car buying experience. More
