I should have done this awhile ago but i wanted to give paradise another shot at my time and business. Anyhow The closer of the purchase was fine and the finacial director was great. The initial salesmen was a bit pushy that WE take HIM to lunch how outlandish but it could be his generation. However, It's the service department that I find lacking. Upon delivery of vehicle we found some transportation damage to the front bumper. No problem right... service ordered a new one and swapped it out, all was well until we got home. Only to find the tech or tech's forgot to clip in the grill and complete the job. Since you are so far away rather then come back and complain I finished the job myself, thankyou very much. Now my third and final draw is not neccessarily with Paradise but I guess rather with GM itself. I have found what i believe to be stress fracture cracks on the side walls of all my tires. Now the tires only have 9000 miles on them. There are five of these exact trucks in my family so i started calling around. Seems I am the only one who has had this type of problem with their tires. I know the factory puts on the cheapest tire they can get away with, it's not exactly the perfect tire. Now on a chevy 1500 1/4 ton or even a 1/2 ton these tires might be great. But on a heavy duty 3500 dually rated from the factory to do great feats, I believe they are under rated and thus stress fracturing. I am told "this is normal" and have been denied the warrenty claim of replacments with a more properly suited tire. But i don't believe I should or anyone should have to STRESS over the safety of the tires on a new $60,000.00 truck with only 9000 miles on it. I shouldn't have to stress out they hold on the downhill grades of the mountian passes we drive through. I am to say the least very very dissappointed with GM and hope someone else does not have to experience such grief. More
