Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac

I had been to 2 other dealerships looking at trucks. My husband and I test drove and priced them. Then we asked them to find what WE wanted with the accessories WE wanted, and poof, they totally dropped th husband and I test drove and priced them. It appeared to us that if the vehicle wasn't on their lot, they didn't want to mess with it. So. Since we had been through this exact scenario in 2006 when I purchased my Impala (I thought let's do business locally if we can), we called Paradise again. They had almost what we wanted, which was far and away a better match than the other guy. I would have preferred a better price and the bench seat so I can sit next to my squeeze, but what the hey, the big guy is happy, so I'm happy. We were referred to Paradise in 2006 by John Sessions, who has done a fair amount of construction work for the owner or one of the owners. He said his purchasing experiences with Paradie have been very good. And I totally agree, our experience with Temecula has been excellent again. Joe was a pleasure to work with. From the start of this process, his number one concern was helping us find the vehicle that we wanted. We had to travel over 60 miles to pick the Suburban up and Joe offered to have the Suburban delivered to us, which was a very accommodating gesture, although we decided to drive to the dealership. Joe was very efficient in processing all of our paperwork yet he still explained everything that he was doing as well. Once all paperwork was complete, Joe took us outside and sat in the Suburban with us and explained all of the "bells & whistles" including spending quite some time on how the radio system works, especially XM Radio, and helped us pair our phones with bluetooth and verifying that they were working. Before leaving, Joe made sure that he took us over to the gas station and filled the tank! He noticed that the engine was dirty so he took it over to be cleaned up before sending us home. Something else that we really appreciated was that Joe took the time to sit in the Suburban with us and activate our OnStar subscription. Once activated, he showed us how to get directions and terminate the route, and make a phone call. Joe was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. We feel that Joe went above and beyond!
