When I walked into Paradise Chevrolet/Cadillac, I had already researched and priced two vehicles for about a week. One was the Ford Escape and the other was the Equinox. So before I set foot into the dealership, I had already decided on the Equinox, and when I walked in I had two firm and pretty darn good offers from two other dealers...Lake and Irvine. I hate b.s., and I'm a cut to the chase kind of person. The sales rep knew that upfront, and I appreciated it as an experienced car buyer. So the "dealing" was pleasant, and if Paradise's wasn't the best of the 3, I was prepared to walk. Lenny saw to it that I didn't want to hit the door ;) The financing experience was great as well. Stacey was thorough, great to talk with, and got me done with all that in a very expeditious and professional manner. Lenny was great with the transfer of "stuff" from my old vehicle, including saving me the chore of removing my DoD stickers. His walk thru of the whistles and bells in the car was great...I actually remember it today. Especially helpful was Lenny assisting with synching up my blackberry to the car's blue tooth as well as getting the vehicle on board with OnStar. I also own a Cadillac CTS, and although I purchased it at Tustin Cadillac, I've always had it serviced at Paradise. Paul in service is great...which is why I keep coming back. It was nice for him to remember me and stop to chat when he saw me in the dealership. More

My first two visit to the dealership I met the knowledgable Steve Burchfield, who showed off the Silverado line of trucks.
