We were told by via phone call by Romero that the information we obtained on the internet was factual and he had 3 new hhr's in stock. When we arrived, there were NO new ones and the price for our tr information we obtained on the internet was factual and he had 3 new hhr's in stock. Were missing, I contacted a laywer and the local DA. The dealership had to return my purchase price. I was surprised to learn that the very next day they listed the car with the same options as before. I verified the vin number options with the Nissan dealer next door. I was given a hard time from Dave the used car manager who made provimses that he has yet to keep. I looked at four other cars on the lot and found three out of four used cars to have false newspaper, video and window sticker adds. Good luck with Dave. More
