Poor service they were great while trying to get me to buy the car pretty Much called and asked me to come Down To the dealership for a whole week straight i made the deal did not realize the passager sea buy the car pretty Much called and asked me to come Down To the dealership for a whole week straight i made the deal did not realize the passager seat was broken i called them they would no longer answer my phone calls i had to have someone else call in order for me to get on the phone and speak to them they told me they were not going to make the car brand new so basically i had to have a broken seat all because i bought a used car and then engine light came on less than 24hrs of me having the car i woke up wanting to take my nee car for a ride and got hit with a check engine light i send a picture to nick the manager no reply i then had to call and he’s on the phone talking to me so unprofessionally i told them i would take them to court i had the car looked at it had a emission problem had to leave the car at a local dealer for the weekend for them to see what the cause of the check engine light was i lost $600 because i didnt have a car to go do my parties in..i took the car to them they kept it for a whole week i called them they day i took the car in NICK did not return my call at all for the whole week they had my car i looked on my kahu Theft app it says they had my car parked out in front of a school im lost trying to figure out why and still got no call back for a whole week they called me when they were done with the car rushing Me to bring their loner car back (white 2020 chevy malibu lt with the transmission slipping) they kept saying they needed their car because people were inquiring about it not realizing I live two hours away a single mom with a kid that has virtual learning and trying to work they offered to send my car through a driver so they can get their loner car They returned my car with a dent in the passenger door hot sauce spilled all over inside on the driver side and a lump on the bumper i called nick and he hung up in my face no one deserves to b treated that way if u want a great car buying experience dont go to this dealer and definitely dont deal with nick or leonard these people are nice they get ur money and they treat you like you are less than a person i didnt not deserve any of this im a single mom who suffers from depression anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder i did not need this extra stress in my life i was just trying to get a reliable car for my first car buying experience and this has put me into so much stress that i cant even sleep at night ive never felt so unvalued as a customer or a person all this experience has done is put me into a deep depression More
