Superior customer service My husband and I had been looking for a particular vehicle in our area for over a year and Paradise had it. I stated out on the internet and eventuall My husband and I had been looking for a particular vehicle in our area for over a year and Paradise had it. I stated out on the internet and eventually got in contact with them. I sent an email and not even 10 minutes later Lance was calling me. He already knew the vehicle we wanted and made an appointment for the next day . When we arrived it was a very rainy day but our vehicle was awaiting us upon our arrival . We were introduced to several people including the manager Eli who was also very helpful during the process. When we went to the finance department everything went very fast and the process was quick. When we were done with financing Lance had already cleaned up the vehicle and was waiting for us. Smooth I drove 4hrs for a particular truck that really no one had in the whole state with all the features I was looking for. That being said I talked back and fourth with LANCE OROSCO struck a deal that out of about 15 Chevy dealers no one came down to the price paradise did. LANCE said truck would be detailed a ready to go by the time I showed up. I showed up and STEVE helped me out since LANCE was off. I was not let down one bit. STEVE was very professional and helpful with everything. Explained everything and knew what I wanted and that was to get in and get out! I was out with in a hour. When I went to the financial area he went a gassed up the truck and had it set up. He explained everything in the truck and after I put my seatbelt on and drove home. Real simple.
