Overall good experience. Josh was great. Process was quick from start to finish, (however not as quick as I was originally told). Wasn’t a big fan of the manager that cam Josh was great. Ross was great! I contacted Ross online initially. He called very soon after and let me know he’d be sending a follow up email and text. By the next day my husband a I contacted Ross online initially. He called very soon after and let me know he’d be sending a follow up email and text. By the next day my husband and I were test driving the vehicle we wanted. He knew our budget and kept that in mind and got us the vehicle we wanted for the price we needed. Ross is extremely personable, easy to talk to and work with. He let us know step by step what was going on and made the whole process very easy for us. He even stayed 2 hours past the end of his shift which I felt bad about but he still stayed friendly and smiling til the end. Would recommend him to anyone. More
