Trouble with my new car. My wife and I purchased a brand new RDX advanced package not even 24 hrs from purchase did we notice that there was a dent in the rear door that they My wife and I purchased a brand new RDX advanced package not even 24 hrs from purchase did we notice that there was a dent in the rear door that they admittedly realized that they gave us a vehicle with a factory defect they took it to fix when it was returned it was filled with trash and scuff marks in the interior now just barely a month into ownership the vehicles air conditioning system is not functioning properly on the hottest day or the year of all times. This car has been trouble and it's frustrating I attempted to call the dealership and all they say oh well bring it in otherwise there's nothing that they can do for us. I didn't spend $58,000 for a vehicle with this many defects. I would however like to add two positive notes. Our salesman Patrick and Alex M. In service have been at least very open and accommodating to our needs which has tempered my response to theses problems and that they should be properly recognized for there good work and efforts towards customer satisfaction.
