Pleasant and positive experience When visiting Paragon Acura last week. I attended an invitation from Sales mgr Murat to get a quote to sale my MDX back to Paragon. I ended up switch When visiting Paragon Acura last week. I attended an invitation from Sales mgr Murat to get a quote to sale my MDX back to Paragon. I ended up switching my MDX for a 2016 RDX. It all took place whithin 2 1/2 hours. The sales associate Thomas NG was courteous and very professional!!! Murat was excellent as well. More

Superb Thomas is absolutely genuine and honest! No drama with him. We went to another dealer that we weren't 100% happy with in Long Island, since we had an Thomas is absolutely genuine and honest! No drama with him. We went to another dealer that we weren't 100% happy with in Long Island, since we had an appointment with them first. They tried to charge us for silly things like floor mats and wheel locks. Really? Come on. The Long Island dealer didn't have the cars and colors we wanted, either, and even their quotes were a bit...off. So we left and I promptly called Thomas as I promised I would. We immediately drove back into Queens to see him and drove away with a brand new Acura RDX Tech AWD a few hours later. We should've just gone to him in the first place. Thanks for everything, Thomas!! More
