I would not recommend anyone go there, but at Paragon as soon as we walked in we were greeted by the Sales manager who was very friendly and immediately tried to find us a sales Rep who was Thomas Ng. Thomas was great, very knowledgeable, patient and tried his best to give us all the information we needed to make an informed decision, by giving us all our options. His knowledge of the Product(MDX) as well as his readiness to answer our questions were very impressive. He made us feel good about spending money at Paragon. Probably the best customer service experience for us. Thanks Thomas. The other people whom we dealt with the finance manager and Mark (who explained the features of the car to us) were all great and very professional. The experience at Paragon was amazing. More
