Pleasant buying process and experience I originally visited Paragon Acura for a test drive only. After learning their no haggle policy I decided to went back home to compare other options. During the first visit I worked with Thomas and he definitely is friendly and professional and didn't pressure me to go forward that day. Eventually I decided to come back to Paragon seeing the car I saw had just dropped prices. Upon calling Thomas he really worked hard on getting the process to go through on the same day that I was able to drive odd with the car as I had intend to just leave a deposit at first. That made me feel much better about their service that he does go above what's required on making customer happy. The paper works was quick and painless and they did not try to push any other services which I respected. For an Acura dealership I do think they have most likely the best prices and inventory on Acura CPOs in the NYC surrounding area. If that's what you're after I would certainly recommend the Paragon Acura team More

Paragon Was looking for a Acura MDX and shopped around. Spoke with salesman from different dealerships. Thomas from Paragon Acura was by far the most helpful Was looking for a Acura MDX and shopped around. Spoke with salesman from different dealerships. Thomas from Paragon Acura was by far the most helpful and upfront when it came down to price and warranty. I first was emailing him before setting up a time to stop by and do a test drive. We got a ballpark price through email and I set up a time to stop by. I already knew what trim and color MDX I wanted. We negotiated a little and agreed on a price. He was not pushy with the sale. Him and Mark (product specialist I believe?) treated us to drinks and snacks (not a big thing but the gesture was definitely a plus). He was working up until 9 P.M. that day as per our phone conversation and he stuck around until I finished with all of the paperwork and drove off of the lot (about 11 P.M.). Thomas and Mark worked past their shift and remained friendly and did not rush the process. I was really happy on how I was treated. From start to finish Thomas and Mark were helpful, not pushy, and did not rush to just close the deal. Mark took time explaining the features to us but it was a long night and everything just couldn't register. He gave me his business card with his hours to reschedule another demonstration. Everyone was really great. If looking for a Acura, Paragon has a wide selection, competitive prices, and great salesman. I would recommend Thomas to family and friends. More

After an incident with a different Acura dealer, I changed to having my car serviced at Paragon. I found their service department professional and friendly. With my experiences, I would come back here to try again for a sale if I’m in the market for another Acura. ***UPDATED 3/29/15**** I got a call from Bill, the general manager of Paragon. He assured me that it was a miscommunication and he had spoken to the manager who screwed up and the staff would be doing some additional communication training. I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt - Bill came across as genuine and concerned, and we had a pleasant and professional conversation. He invited me to reach out to him if I'm ever in the area. I will take him up on the offer. END UPDATE --------------------- ORIGINAL POST: I contacted Paragon Acura through the form on their website to ask about a TLX lease. I had a price from a different dealer, and wanted to see if they could beat it. I included the EXACT details of my deal(monthly, how much $ at signing, etc.), and asked them to contact me if they can beat it. I got a call very quickly and an offer of $20 less per month and was told to come in, so I came right after work. Before coming in, I let them know that I live in Staten Island (far enough away to be annoying), confirmed the deal, how much $ due at signing, etc. and the numbers were confirmed over the phone. (it seemed too good; but the girl on the phone told me it's the end of the month so they're offering great deals) When I got there, everything was going great, but magically my numbers included almost $4000 in taxes and fees. I asked them why I wasn't told this over the phone since I made it clear that the deal they were beating had everything rolled into the monthly. Their response was that I was told. Trust me, I wasn't - I double and triple confirmed the deal on the phone so I wouldn't waste my or their time. When I asked what the cap cost of the car they're selling me is, I was told something to the tune of "I don't know". Seriously, don't go here to do business - they pulled a fantastic bait and switch to lure me in and then waste my evening, don't let it happen to you! More
