Ever felt like a "Rock Star"? Well I did! I just purchased the first 2010 MDX/Tech from Paragon Acura and let me tell you about my experience! Before the vehicle arrived on the Car Carrier I was not purchased the first 2010 MDX/Tech from Paragon Acura and let me tell you about my experience! Before the vehicle arrived on the Car Carrier I was notified of the Estimated Time of Arrival of the unit. The vehicle was unloaded, Prepped while I was sealing the deal with my salesman Maurice Martin. I was introduced by Dino Marshall to Darek Medrzycki the Sales Manager who then introduced me to Wendy Deshais who walked me thru all the "Avionics" this vehicle has to offer! Wendy does know her electronics you'll get a kick out of her! Within 2 1/2 hrs I was done and driving out the door in my new 2010 MDX! I went to Paragon after seeing a couple promising listing for pre-owned 2009 TLs (December 2009). I was immediately greeted by Peter P; he showed me the cars I saw on the web, answered my questions and w for pre-owned 2009 TLs (December 2009). I was immediately greeted by Peter P; he showed me the cars I saw on the web, answered my questions and was patient as I thought threw my options. The cars did not meet all of my needs, so they offered me options on a new 2009 TL which did meet my needs and was priced competitively to what I had been quoted at other dealerships. He gave me as much time as I needed to decide, and discuss. Was helpful and got first part of paperwork completed quickly. The sales manager was helpful through the process when needed as well. Later Wendy D. went to me with my car and explained and stepped me through how to use all the features (which were numerous as I had the Tech package). She was very helpful and offered follow up support should I have any further questions. The main downside was I had an extremely long wait to meet with the financing guy (nearly 2 hours), and had to listen to all the options they were trying to sell me on top even though I made it clear upfront I wouldn't be getting any (which I did not). Overall, I was pleased with my experience and would recommend to others and go again myself. More
On my last visit to Paragon Acura, I was amazed by the excellence of their service. I went there to have my 2007 MDX service without an appointment and they were able to fit me in their schedule which wa excellence of their service. I even was able to get a loaner car; before I remember, I would have needed to let them know in advance to get one, this time I got it instantly which was outstanding as well. The whole service team, Mike Timpone the manager and Kevin C, the advisor were really helpful and professional at all times. My whole experience was fascinating, the advisor showed a lot concern for my satisfaction, he kept me informed about the job that was being perform in my car and I got my car on the time and date it was scheduled to be done. During my whole visit, I felt so much appreciation as a customer that I needed to write a review. More
I only have praise for 'PARAGON' my 2006 TL has been serviced there since new as was my 2005 TL until I destroyed it in an accident.the service I receive is just great,Ex. on a Saturday morning in July serviced there since new as was my 2005 TL until I destroyed it in an accident.the service I receive is just great,Ex. on a Saturday morning in July as I was preparing to leave for a cross country trip,I noticed the battery sounded weak and off I went to Paragon,it took less than 20 minutes for the car to be checked and a new battery installed and I was on my way without being late.That's great service---Frank is the best!!!!!!!!!!! Wendy is really helpful and patient. I pick up my car late evening on the 20th but she still there to give all the explanation about the car and show me all the details and the useful function. The moment I set foot in the door I was met with courtesy, professionalism and respect. I was able to take time and really go over any details & questions I had. The salesperson is on top of his game and is not your typical car salesman. He is not pushy, over the top and impatient. Rather Joe is able to guide with diligence and patience. I was able to get the vehicle I desired and I am extremely satisfied. Overall the experience was delightful and more importantly the car is great. I thank Paragon Acura for displaying true professionalism. The car they sold is great and our family is delighted and excited for our new car. We are looking forward to enjoying the Acura MDX. More
Steven Deng is absolutely wonderful. I bought an RDX from him a year ago and its fantastic. Paragon Acura itself is a wonderful place because it offers many amenities to waiting clients as well as having a full service shop very close by. After doing extensive online research to see which vehicle would suit me, i decided to go to Paragon Acura. Steven provided excellent service and I was able to look at the RDX, place a deposit, complete paperwork and pick up a brand new car all within a week! I was also please to get a very low interest rate and a great plate number. I highly recommend Steven from Paragon. More
I got my 2010 RDX yesterday and I am really happy with it. Steven Deng is really wonderful because he help me solve my problem which creat by other sales person name Joe Rosa.
