From the moment I walked into the dealer, I felt relaxed. Other dealer can make you feel anxious since you are making a big purchase with a long commitment. Thomas did most of the paperwork beforehand and we didn’t spend more than an hour there from checking out the car, having someone explain the gadgets and add ons and signing the lease agreement. Thomas answered all my questions. I knowI asked a lot of question but I never felt that he was bothered because he answered each one with calm and detail. We had been recommended to Thomas from family members who have also bought from him and I can see why. He makes it so easy and stress free. More

This is now my 6th vehicle lease with Paragon Acura and the 3rd time working with Thomas Ng as my sales person. Even though inventory was limited and I had to compromise on the trim level of the vehicle I the 3rd time working with Thomas Ng as my sales person. Even though inventory was limited and I had to compromise on the trim level of the vehicle I originally intended to get, Thomas was still able to get me a decent deal on my lease.
