We called the dealership with the stock # of the car that we wanted and asked them to please have the car ready for us. We wanted to look at it, but we were ready to lease. The person I spoke with (Nick) said, "no problem we have it here on the lot, it will be ready for you." I asked several times, because it was a Sunday and I knew the paperwork would take time - to confirm it was there. We were driving from New Jersey and wanted to make sure. He said to ask for him or the sales manager (Ali). When we arrived, we were not greeted by anyone, had to find the desk. The young lady behind the desk seemed very annoyed that we interrupted her from texting on her phone. We asked to speak with Nick or Ali, and were promptly told that neither were available because Nick was in the lead department and Ali had the day off. So Jose the salesperson came over to help us. We asked him about the exact car that we wanted and he said, no it's not here, it will take me 35 minutes to get it here. First we were annoyed, but we had traveled a long way and said okay we will wait. Then he said, no it will take an hour, when pressed he said no it will take 2 hours. Then he finally admitted it that it was not possible for us to see the car. I am condensing this conversation but it took 20 minutes just to get him to admit that he could not get the car. We kept pleading our case that we had traveled more than an hour, called in advance, were ready to make a deal, but couldn't do it without seeing the vehicle. Finally he asked his manager and they agreed to deliver the car to us the next day and bring the contract with them. We agreed on the lease terms of 12,000 miles and a monthly payment. Both my wife and I are working professionals and asked around what time the car would be delivered. We were told between 5 and 5:30. I had to be there to sign the contract, but I was working around 2 1/2 hours from my home that day. I sent a text to Jose all day asking for an update about when the car would be ready because I had such a long drive. Wasn't able to get a time frame - so I left a meeting with a client to be back at my house at 5:30 as agreed. The car showed up at around 7:30 - and the contract was wrong - it said 10,000 miles. When I sent a text to Jose, he replied, "oh but you can go over 7,500 with Acura. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and say that it was just an oversight, but a response like that makes me think it was intentional. Overall we walked away from the experience with the car that we wanted, however, if it was available at any other dealership - we would have gone elsewhere. Very sneaky place. In a world where everything available online 99% of dealerships are transparent with their pricing and incentives. These guys seem to be in the dark ages of negotiation. The bright spot was James who delivered the car to us - he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Was apologetic that the lease order and contract were incorrect and immediately got on the phone with a manager - wish he was part of the first mile instead of the last. More

Helpful sales force. Originally came in for a CPO. Ended up leasing a new MDX...the lease price was better than purchase. Kelvin was my CPO salesperson and helped me right through leasing a new car. He was not pushy and let me make the decision. Worth driving to Queens from Westchester - especially when the car was delivered to my front door! More

I told the adviser give me a discount and I will do it, discount given and work was done. I would say about two months go by I get a letter in the mail from the city saying I did not pay a ticket I look at the date and the address on the letter, ticket was given when it was in service at paragon. As you can tell oil consumption work was not done just repairs about 3k worth and here the porters could not even give in a ticket where they probably forgot to pay for a parking meter. I get a call from the adviser and was told acura was going to perform the oil consumption work great I have a parking ticket where you guys did not pay for a parking meter. Gave the letter to the valet service to give to service adviser thinking this would be taken care of. Now August 9 i get a FINAL NOTICE OF JUDGEMENT for the parking ticket $95 great I call someone will get back to you before the day is over, august 10 called someone will get back to you as soon as possible I park my car on the street what should I do? don't park it on the street we are not responsible for the tow or boot if you get one was what i was told. REALLY??!?!?!? I would not be in this situation if paragon paid for the original ticket. Of course I have to pay for my ticket $95. Don't need my car gone or booted when I come out to go to work .Still no one has reached out to me yet More

Shady outfit. Stay clear of this place. I leased a acura TL in 2012. The vehicle was excellent and never really needed service other than oil changes. For my next vehicle I decided to buy it I leased a acura TL in 2012. The vehicle was excellent and never really needed service other than oil changes. For my next vehicle I decided to buy it this time. I opted for the 2016 RDX AWD. I wanted something bigger for my growing family. The sale of the vehicle was smooth and excellent. My salesman was Thomas Ng and he was as professional as can be. It was a pleasure to do business with him. I would recommend him as a salesman to anyone looking for a Acura. Well this week all the problems with this dealership began and it has gotten worse . Earlier in the week my 2016 Acura RDX wouldnt start. I needed a jump to start my vehicle. On the way home from work while in stop and go traffic my transmission felt like it was jolting , it felt like someone hit me from behind but it kept doing it randomly. I contacted Paragon and I expressed my concern with the vehicle. I never ever prior asked for a loaner from them but I told them that i could bring it in but I couldn't leave it with them without a loaner because I have 2 kids with car seats that I pick up daily from camp and babysitter. They called me back and informing me that the earliest available loaner they had would be in September. I told them I couldn't wait till then without a loaner if the car had to be kept for a few days. I got frustrated with them being that I was with Acura since 2004 and never had any major issues like a transmission. They told me that they exhausted all of their options and there was nothing more they could do but put me on a waiting list . Mind you this is August.6 now. Frustrated with Paragon acura, I contacted Acura client services and explained the whole situation to them. Surprisingly the next day I got a call from their Service Manager( Robert Brown) who made accommodations for a loaner car available that night. I went to the dealership that night and was given a loaner car while my car was being diagnosed the next day. They gave a 2019 Acura RDX top of the line model with all the bells and whistles. That night was raining and the loaner car was parked outside their dealership on the street. I told them that i needed to swap out the 2 car seats from my vehicle to the loaner. I drove home ( which is about 3 miles from my house and parked it in my garage. The next day i went to work , and I parked it in an employee lot that has multiple cameras. ( I work at JFK ) That afternoon the service department called and told me that I needed a new battery that was not covered by the original warranty. I told them to replace it. Then they had to address the transmission issue. It was determined that I needed a software update plus a transmission flush which was covered by warranty. They needed the car for an additional day to test it which allowed me an additional day with the loaner. Remember my car only has 37K miles on it and Manufacturer guidelines suggest to change transmission fluid only at 60K miles if driving in mountainous conditions. On Friday August 9 they told me that my car was ready and to come in to test drive it with a mechanic . I arrived at the dealership at about 2pm and the valet driver took the loaner car and backed it into their garage. I noticed everyone circling the loaner car and they noticed that there was damage on the rear fender of the passenger side that I was responsible for. Like i said , that first night they gave me a loaner , it was raining and no one ever did a walk around the vehicle to check for any damages to the car. They just handed the keys to me , made me sign some paperwork and I went straight home to my garage. The service manager informed me that I was responsible for the damage but I adamantly told them that I never hit anything but it was possible that someone at work could of swiped my loaner and just left. Fortunately my job has some of the best video cameras available. I contacted my maintenance service division that I could come in to review the cameras and see if someone hit me. Just out of curiosity I decided to look at cameras I have installed at my home to see if the damage was there already. To my surprise when I looked at video coverage of early the next morning it was visible that there was damage to the fender prior to me leaving the dealership. At this point I was furious at this dealership for trying to make me responsible for the damage, I contacted the service manager and explained my analysis of the situation. He said to me that the night i picked up the car was raining and I could of possibly hit something on the way home. I was furious with this dealership for even implying that I was trying to hide something . I offered video proof to them which i forwarded them and waiting to hear there next excuse. More
