From the time I began my inquiry, it took a total of two days to get a car of my desire. During the first day, all the back end documentation necessary was done online via Paragon Direct. And when we went to test drive, we left with the car that night. Big thank you to Francisco Collado who went above and beyond to ensure we left with ease. As a customer with experience in dealerships, he is by far the best with customer satisfaction. He ultimately wants you to leave the lot safe with a picture attached. He will fix all troubles.
