PEREZ is one of the most patient, kind, humble, and understanding sales dealer in Paragon Acura. Although I came in with a set number that I wanted to pay, I paid a little more. Not because the dealer "got me"…but because he was patient enough to explain to me every number I had acquired through my own research and factoring in the over mileage. I never felt pressured into any deal. I am extremely happy with my experience and the transparency of the transactions. Totally different experience I recently have a car collision so I looking for a new one. I heard a lot bad news and thought all dealers are the same until met Thomas Ng yesterday at Paragon Acura. He is a very nice guy, professional and very helpful. This is my first time visiting this dealer shop. Thomas gave me a good deal, so I put down the down payment right away, and then everything goes very smoothly, and the gentleman in the financial department also very nice, didn't give me any hard time.
