He was informative and upfront with all the questions that I had for him. He was courteous and accommodating. It was apparent that Thomas was experienced and performed the necessary tasks efficiently so that I didn't spend the entire day at the dealer. Financing the lease was very straight forward unlike some of the other dealers that I have dealt with in the past. The lady that helped me go over the features of the vehicle was very helpful. I have family members that have bought Hondas in the past at Paragon and I would also recommend this dealer and specifically Thomas. A recommendation for the dealer would be to have the car cleaned prior to handing off the vehicle to the new owner. The car wasn't dirty, but would be a nice touch for a new car purchase or lease.
